A. POZAS (Ubeda, Spain 1989)
A.Pozas is a spanish artist based in Brigton, he has a degree in arts from the university of granada.
His artworks is influenced by pop art, street art or realism and surrealism. He is a versatile artist who work across painting, sculpture and street art.

Through his art work, A.Pozas explores themes of personal and emotional experience of life and also explores themes such as diversity and identity, social commentary on social injustices, such as racism, homophobia, poverty and war.
sensitivity is the most obvious characteristic of this street artist, gifted with a strong personality regarding his style, using a very direct language.
He never winks. he asks. and he asks for love, respect, rights,
and he does it, screaming, through the children,
the children as our future, but these children are dehumanized, they are alone, desperate, disillusioned ... but not only children, it is in general a marginalized, fragile or friendly humanity that demands justice.
obiously, you can not be indifferent to the work of this artist, where he uses apparently calming images, such as hearts, symbols of peace, or rainbows, but these are contextualized in very harsh actions or attitudes.
so, he does not use these symbols in a delicate way, these symbols are used with force, they exhale, throw up, urinate...
because a.pozas does not allow a delicate narrative. because he speaks of revelion against injustice and the battle for the rights of a lost society, that fights for affection or equality, to feel truly human or to feel as such.
he currently lives and works in brighton u.k. where he is having his art work in differents local art galleries: as conclave art gallery brigthon, brush brighton, or one zee art in worthing.
